1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the winrm9 platform, including the website, Android and iOS mobile apps, and all services offered under the winrm9 brand. By registering a new account, logging into an existing account, or using any feature of the winrm9 platform, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines, all of which form the entire agreement between you and winrm9. 2Member Eligibility

To register and use the winrm9 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration and throughout the period of use of the platform.
• A legally competent individual authorized to enter into a binding agreement with winrm9.
• Not a resident or citizen of any territory where access to online gambling services is specifically prohibited.
• Never been dismissed or adjudicated as bankrupt without discharge.

Winrm9 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. If a member is found not to meet these eligibility requirements, their account will be suspended and any related balance will be managed in accordance with the established review procedure.

3Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the winrm9 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

Winrm9 conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of our commitment to security and compliance. You may be required to submit the following documents:

• A clear and current copy of your MyKad or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

5Bonus & Promotions

Wagering Requirement

7User Responsibilities

As a winrm9 member, you agree to take full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. This responsibility includes:

• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Use of unauthorized software or methods to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the member themselves.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team. Any valid account balance will be processed for withdrawal upon completion of the required review, subject to compliance with the applicable terms.

10Limitation of Liability

• You are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish, display, or create derivative works from any winrm9 content without prior written consent.
• The name "winrm9" and all related trademarks are registered trademarks and may not be used without authorisation.

12Terms Changes
